These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website veritasai.pro and the AI verification services provided by VeritasAI Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201847291B), registered at 391 Orchard Road #12-08, Ngee Ann City, Singapore 238872 ("VeritasAI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the VeritasAI verification software, APIs, dashboards, and related infrastructure.
• "Client" means any individual or entity that registers for or uses our paid services.
• "Verification Output" means trust scores, audit reports, citation mappings, and related data generated by the Platform.
• "Content" means any data, text, documents, or model outputs submitted to the Platform for verification.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore and your jurisdiction.

3. Services Description

VeritasAI provides enterprise AI verification, hallucination reduction, trust scoring, compliance reporting, and model validation services. Service specifications, SLAs, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or the product catalogue at veritasai.pro/collection.php.

4. Account Registration

Access to the Platform requires registration and account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Submit Content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Resell or sublicense Platform access without written authorisation from VeritasAI
• Use Verification Outputs to misrepresent the accuracy or reliability of unverified AI systems

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, remain the property of VeritasAI. You retain ownership of Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant VeritasAI a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing verification services.

7. Verification Outputs and Limitations

Verification Outputs represent our best assessment of Content accuracy at the time of processing, based on available knowledge bases and configured parameters. VeritasAI does not guarantee that all factual errors will be detected or that all verified claims are permanently accurate. Verification Outputs are tools to support decision-making and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

8. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are as stated in your service agreement or the product catalogue. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due according to the billing cycle defined in your agreement. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month and may result in service suspension.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three years, except for information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

10. Data Protection

Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA).

11. Service Level and Availability

We target 99.9% platform availability measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least forty-eight hours in advance. Specific SLA commitments are defined in enterprise service agreements. Verification latency targets are stated in product documentation and may vary by service tier.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, VeritasAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Verification Outputs. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to VeritasAI in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeritasAI, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your Content, or your use of Verification Outputs in a manner not contemplated by these Terms.

14. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our website or services. Either party may terminate a service agreement according to its terms. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, though provisions relating to confidentiality, liability, and intellectual property survive.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre. If mediation fails within sixty days, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least thirty days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
